By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

  • The artwork is for personal use only unless commercial use is discussed and agreed on in advance.

  • I do not accept commissions that involve hateful, offensive, or sensitive content (e.g., racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia). My artwork must not be used for any of these purposes.

  • I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if the request is unclear, inappropriate, or beyond my skill range.

  • Payment is required in full and upfront before I begin. I accept PayPal for USD and local bank transfers for Philippine Peso (PHP). 1USD = 55PHP.

  • Prices listed are base prices; additional details or add-ons may incur extra fees.

  • Once the draft is shared, refunds are no longer available.

  • If I cancel in the middle of the process, you will receive a full refund.

  • Rush commissions with a turnaround time of less than 3 weeks will incur an additional fee.

  • Delays may occur due to health, emergencies, or workload, but I will always keep you informed.

  • A draft will be provided during the sketch stage so we can review the work together. Small tweaks are free. You may request up to 2 major revisions; additional major changes may incur extra fees. Major changes cannot be made once the rendering stage begins.

  • You are welcome to post the artwork online as long as you credit me (@venusatelle).

  • Please do not claim it as your own, resell it, or use it for AI or NFTs.

  • I retain the rights to the artwork and may feature it in my portfolio and on social media. NDAs are available upon request for an additional fee.

  • furry (willing to try if you're OK with me being experimental with it ;-;)

– Minor edits for personal use (cropping, resizing, color adjustments) are allowed; major edits or modifications require approval.
– Any commercial use requires full payment of the designated fee before the art is used publicly.
